Agreement to these terms

By accessing agni.agency, requesting a quote or provider match, or otherwise using an Agni service that links to these Terms, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You represent that information you submit is accurate, that you are authorized to request service for the property, and that you are not impersonating another person.

Agni connects; providers perform

Agni helps consumers describe a project and may connect that request with independent home-service providers or lead buyers. Agni is not the contractor, seller, broker, insurer, lender, employer, agent, partner, or joint venturer of an independent provider. A provider’s appearance on the site or response to a request is not an endorsement.

Any inspection, estimate, scope, scheduling, permit, payment, warranty, workmanship, injury, property damage, or other service issue is between you and the provider. Agni is not a party to the contract for home services.

How a request is handled

Agni may validate, deduplicate, route, sell, share, or disclose a request to up to four independent providers that may serve the selected service and location. Matching depends on provider coverage, capacity, project fit, and campaign criteria. Agni does not guarantee a match, response, appointment, quote, lowest price, or completed project.

Submitting a request does not require you to hire a provider or purchase anything. A provider may decline a request, ask additional questions, or determine that the project is outside its coverage or qualifications.

Contact connected to your request

The exact consent language beside the submit button applies to that request. If you check the box and submit, you request that Agni share the project and contact information with up to four independent providers and authorize request-related contact by call, text, or email. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

You may revoke consent by any reasonable method, including replying STOP to a text, telling a caller not to call, using an offered unsubscribe method, or visiting Privacy Choices. A request to Agni applies to Agni; if a provider already received the lead, notify that provider directly as well.

Agni’s general matching checkbox does not give an unidentified seller permission to place prerecorded or artificial-voice telemarketing calls. A provider that requires seller-specific permission must obtain legally sufficient permission directly. Calls may be recorded only after any notice and consent required by applicable law.

Verify before hiring

Before hiring, independently review the provider’s identity, references, reputation, license status, insurance, bonding, permits, written scope, materials, timetable, cancellation rights, warranty, and final price. Licensing and insurance requirements vary by state and trade. Do not rely solely on information presented through Agni, and do not pay a provider until you are comfortable with the arrangement.

Displayed prices are approximate

Prices, cost ranges, savings, timelines, and estimates on Agni are general informational estimates, not binding quotes or offers. Actual price may change based on property condition, size, access, labor, materials, permits, taxes, emergencies, season, inspection findings, and scope changes.

Only a provider can issue its firm quote or service contract. Review all written terms before authorizing work. Agni does not collect the provider’s service payment unless a separate checkout expressly states otherwise.

Use the service lawfully

You may not submit false, abusive, fraudulent, automated, or unauthorized requests; scrape or copy the service at scale; bypass security or rate limits; introduce malicious code; interfere with operation; misuse another person’s information; use the site to build a competing directory or dataset; or violate law or third-party rights.

Agni may reject a request, restrict access, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful investigations when it reasonably believes the service is being misused.

Ownership and outside services

Agni and its licensors own the site design, software, branding, original text, databases, and other protected content. Agni grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the site for personal, lawful home-service matching. No other license is granted.

Third-party websites, advertisements, providers, and tools are controlled by their respective operators. Agni is not responsible for their availability, content, privacy practices, security, products, or services. Review their terms before engaging with them.

Service provided as available

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agni and the site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, provider quality, or project outcome. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so part of this section may not apply to you.

Limits permitted by law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agni and its owners, personnel, and vendors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or damages arising from an independent provider’s acts or omissions.

You are responsible for losses or claims caused by your unlawful use, false submissions, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights, and you agree to defend and indemnify Agni from those third-party claims to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Resolving concerns

Contact Agni first so there is an opportunity to address a concern informally. Unless another law gives you a non-waivable right, these Terms are governed by Delaware law without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes may be brought in courts with jurisdiction in Delaware.

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the linked privacy notices, and the disclosure presented with a request form are the agreement between you and Agni about use of this service.
