Agni uses these categories to process and match requests; communicate; route, sell, or share qualified leads; operate calls and texts; attribute advertising; measure performance; detect spam, fraud, and duplicates; secure the service; honor choices; reconcile campaigns; and comply with law and contracts. Please do not place sensitive information in free-text fields.
Where information comes from and who receives it
Agni obtains information from consumers; their devices and site interactions; advertising and referral sources; call, consent, attribution, analytics, validation, security, and fraud-prevention vendors; and providers or campaign partners handling a request.
Agni may disclose the categories above for business purposes to vendors that support hosting, CRM, communications, routing, lead validation, consent evidence, attribution, analytics, security, professional advice, and legal compliance. It may also disclose information during a business transaction or when legally required.
In the preceding 12 months, Agni may have sold or shared identifiers, customer-record information, commercial information, internet or electronic activity, geolocation data, and related inferences with matched providers, lead buyers, and advertising or measurement partners. Agni does not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.
Know, access, correct, delete, and opt out
Subject to exceptions, California residents may request the categories, sources, purposes, and recipients of personal information; request specific pieces of personal information; correct inaccurate information; delete personal information; opt out of sale or sharing; and limit use or disclosure of sensitive personal information when the right applies. Agni does not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about consumers.
Agni will not unlawfully discriminate because you exercised a CCPA right. Agni does not offer a financial incentive program for personal information. No account is required. Use Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information or email support@agni.agency.
Agni honors a supported Global Privacy Control signal as a browser-level opt-out where required. Because that signal does not include your name, email, or phone number, use an identity-level request to locate prior leads. An intentional one-time request to match you with providers is processed as the service you asked Agni to perform.
How Agni handles a request
For access, correction, deletion, or portability, Agni may match information you provide against existing records and request additional reasonably necessary details. Verification information is used only to process the request. A sale/sharing opt-out is not conditioned on identity verification beyond what is reasonably necessary to locate and honor the choice.
Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted. Agni may require written permission, direct confirmation from the consumer, or other proof of authority, except where a valid power of attorney applies. Agni will respond within the periods required by California law and explain any permitted extension or denial.
Agni’s practices are also described in the Privacy Policy. If this California notice conflicts with that policy for a California consumer, this notice controls to the extent of the conflict.
