Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated September 9, 2026. This policy explains Agni’s consumer lead-matching data practices.
Who Agni is
This policy applies to agni.agency, Agni request forms, phone and text interactions, and home-service campaigns that link to this policy. Agni may act as a business or controller when it decides why and how a request is processed, or as a service provider or processor when it acts solely on documented instructions from another business.
Independent contractors, service providers, lead buyers, advertising partners, call platforms, and other recipients have their own privacy practices. Their notices also apply to their independent use of information.
Information collected and why
This notice is provided at or before collection. The exact fields depend on the service and page.

Where information comes from and how it is used
We collect information directly from you; automatically from your device and interaction with the site; from advertising, referral, call, lead-verification, analytics, security, and fraud-prevention vendors; and from providers or campaign partners involved in handling a request.
We use it to receive and respond to requests; match a service and location; validate, deduplicate, route, sell, or share a lead; operate call and messaging workflows; attribute advertising; measure quality and conversions; prevent spam and fraud; maintain suppression lists; secure the site; comply with law and contracts; resolve complaints; and establish or defend legal claims.
Who may receive a submitted request
When you submit a matching request, Agni may disclose the request to up to four independent home-service providers or lead buyers that may be able to respond. Because Agni may receive compensation for a qualified lead or call, this transfer may be considered a “sale” under some state privacy laws even when personal information is not priced separately.
We may also disclose relevant information to hosting, CRM, communications, call-routing, lead-verification, attribution, analytics, security, and fraud-prevention vendors; professional advisers; authorities when legally required; and a successor involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or asset sale.
Agni does not disclose a lead to every participant in its network. A recipient must have a defined service and geographic purpose. Providers may independently decide whether they can respond, and their own privacy policies apply after receipt.
Access, deletion, correction, opt-out, and appeal
Depending on where you live and whether a law applies to Agni, you may have rights to confirm processing; know or access personal information; correct inaccuracies; delete information; obtain a portable copy; opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; limit certain uses of sensitive information; revoke consent; and appeal a denied request. Agni will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a right.
During the preceding 12 months, Agni may have collected the categories in the Notice at Collection and disclosed them for the purposes described above. Identifiers and contact information, project and commercial information, approximate location, internet/device activity, and related inferences may have been sold or shared with matched providers, lead buyers, or advertising and measurement partners.
Agni does not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16. Agni does not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about consumers.
Use Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information / Your Privacy Choices. No account is required. We may need limited information to locate records, but an opt-out request is not conditioned on identity verification beyond what is reasonably necessary. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted, and we may request proof of authority.
California residents should also review the California Privacy Notice, which supplements this policy with California-specific disclosures and instructions.
Communication choices
The consent request beside a form controls contact arising from that form. A checked box is not blanket permission for unrelated marketing. You may revoke permission by any reasonable method that clearly communicates your request, including replying STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to a text; telling a caller not to call; using an offered opt-out; or contacting Agni.
Agni does not treat its general checkbox as permission for an unidentified seller to deliver prerecorded telemarketing calls. A provider that needs seller-specific permission for prerecorded or artificial-voice marketing must obtain legally sufficient permission directly and comply with applicable federal and state rules.
Calls may be recorded for quality, training, dispute resolution, or compliance only after any notice and consent required by applicable law. Marketing emails should identify the sender, contain a valid postal address and unsubscribe method, and honor opt-outs while allowing necessary request-related messages.
Browser and campaign technologies
Agni and its vendors may use essential cookies or local storage, campaign parameters, pixels, call identifiers, postbacks, server logs, TrustedForm, Jornaya when configured, and similar technologies for security, consent evidence, attribution, routing, fraud prevention, and site performance. Optional advertising or analytics technologies should operate only with the notice and choice required by applicable law.
Where legally required and technically received, Agni treats a supported Global Privacy Control signal as a browser-level opt-out of advertising-related sale or sharing. It does not cancel an intentional one-time provider-matching request you choose to submit. Use the identity-level request option to locate information previously submitted under an email address or phone number.
How long records are kept
Agni retains information only as long as reasonably necessary for matching, provider follow-up, campaign reconciliation, fraud prevention, security, suppression of opt-outs, disputes, contracts, and legal obligations. Retention varies by record and relationship.
Lead, consent, call-detail, suppression, advertising, and related compliance records may be retained for up to five years, or longer where another legal obligation, dispute, or written agreement requires it. When information is no longer needed, Agni seeks to delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it. A minimal suppression record may be retained so an opt-out continues to be honored.
Safeguards and processing locations
Agni uses administrative, contractual, and technical safeguards designed for the nature of the information, including access controls, secure transmission where appropriate, fraud controls, vendor review, and data minimization. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where providers operate. Where applicable law requires a transfer safeguard, Agni or the responsible partner should use an approved contractual or legal mechanism.
How to exercise a privacy right
Submit a request through Your Privacy Choices or email support@agni.agency. State the right you want to exercise and provide enough information to locate the relevant record. Do not send government IDs or financial credentials by email.
For access, correction, deletion, or portability, Agni may reasonably verify identity or authority using information associated with the record. Verification information is used only for the request. If Agni processed information solely for another business, Agni may direct the request to that business or assist it in responding.
Agni will respond within the period required by applicable law. If your jurisdiction provides an appeal right and a request is denied, reply with “Privacy Appeal” and explain the decision you want reviewed.
Adult-directed home services
Agni’s services are intended for adults arranging services for a property. Agni does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information.
Questions or concerns
Agni may update this policy as services, vendors, campaigns, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Additional notice will be provided when required.
